NOCTA offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.
